Sandra Lezcano

Legal Assistant

Sandra graduated from G. Holmes Braddock Senior High in Miami. After working in Customer Service for 8 years, Sandra made the decision to switch careers. Sandra always had an interest in law. In 2007, she made the leap and left Customer Service and joined the Law Office of Gutierrez & Associates as a Receptionist. After working at Gutierrez & Associates for several years, Sandra joined the Law Firm of MacGahee & Perez, an Immigration and Personal Injury Law Firm. In 2024, Sandra joined Perlet & Shiner, P.A., as a Legal Assistant.

As a Legal Assistant, Sandra is involved in the handling of all aspects of Criminal Defense Litigation. She handles all kinds of criminal cases from Misdemeanors to serious Felony charges. Sandra is very dedicated to her clients. She is passionate about helping others. She is patient, kind and understanding. She is known to take her time with clients and helps them as they try to maneuver through a difficult and emotional process. Sandra’s motto is “if you love what you do, then it doesn’t feel like work”.

Sandra was born in Cuba in 1977. At the age of 10, she migrated to the United States with her family. She was raised in Miami where she grew up with a deep love for the beaches and the multi-cultural lifestyle. On the weekends, Sandra enjoys spending time with her family, especially her daughters Nataly and Natasha and her sister, Vivian and niece, Sophia. Weekends are spent by catching a movie, going to the beach or simply chatting and engaging in good conversation.

Sandra is fluent in Spanish and assists the firm with Spanish speaking clients when needed.
