Mr. Arbuzow, a member of the Florida Bar since 2011, holds an undergraduate degree from Wofford College, and a law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.  He has earned a respected reputation within the legal community derived from his professionalism, poise in the courtroom, and many favorable client results ranging from not guilty verdicts to strategic, assertive negotiations on their behalf.   

He has held numerous positions within the Palm Beach County Public Defender’s Office, beginning his career as an investigator and elevating to death penalty litigation. He concluded his career with the Public Defender’s Office as Chief of County Court where he mentored, trained, and supervised over 20 new attorneys.  Mr. Arbuzow has litigated over 80 jury trials and has mastered all facets of criminal law. He has handled cases spanning from high profile first-and second-degree murders, manslaughters including DUI, drug offenses, and sex crimes including capital sexual battery, lewd and lascivious charges, and rape.  He has also successfully handled cases wherein his clients have been charged with robbery, burglary, theft, and gun-related crimes.  He is highly skilled in defending cases involving false confessions, misidentifications, constitutional suppressions, self-defense, cases with extensive DNA evidence, including cold cases.   

Mr. Arbuzow is a member of National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Palm Beach County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.  His experience and skills have led him to teach other defense attorneys at various legal education conferences, presenting on issues including defense against child hearsay, and trial strategy and practice.  Mr. Arbuzow has dedicated his career to criminal law and passionate advocacy for his clients.
